Overview

Tiger Dubai is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their exciting and growing team This role will suit a proactive self-starter who is eager and excited about building new client relationships whilst dealing with a busy workload. You will be confident in dealing with highend clients face to face & over the phone and will have excellent interpersonal skills. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the full 360 recruitment process, which will include but not limited to; Writing and advertising job roles, attracting candidates to register with Tiger Uploading candidate information accurately on Internal Database Building on and expanding existing client relationships Taking detailed job briefs, ensuring you understand entirely what the client is looking for Ensuring that all roles are filled with the best candidate About you; You will be a team player You will be ambitious and have an entrepreneurial spirit You will be a motived and driven individual with lots of intuitive High attention to detail A problem solver with the ability to think on the spot A minimum of one to three years of recruitment experience within recruitment.
