Overview
Our client are seeking a Complaints Investigator to join their Compliance department on a full-time, permanent basis. Joining an experienced team, you will be required to administer, investigate and resolve complaints from across the business, both internally and externally, in a timely manner, adhering to FCA standards and regulations at all times. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Complaints role, ideally within an FCA regulated environment, with additional experience in working both independently and as part of a team, finding the root cause of customer complaints. Key Responsibilities: - To ensure all work is completed in accordance with all quality standards and regulations, using your own initiative to resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner - Plan and prioritise workload - Be the first point of contact for challenging communications with external clients and third parties - Ability to handle customer-related complaints and queries - Identify complaint trends, suggesting process improvements for the business moving forward Key Experience: - Previous experience in a complaints-related role is imperative, whereby you have been required to be the first point of contact for customer-related queries and complaints - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Experience working in an FCA-regulated environment would be highly advantageous - Able to work in a fast-paced and varied environment, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail at all times - Using your own initiative in order to provide suggestions and improvements for the business This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with good experience in a Complaints role to join a fast-growing and hugely-successful business who are leaders in their field, in a role whereby you will be offered autonomy and a high level of responsibility.
