Overview
QA Engineer – API, Selenium, Gherkin Nottingham £30,000-35,000 DOE Permanent Our client based in Nottingham is looking to bring in a QA Engineer to join their team. You’ll ideally have 3 years’ experience and will used be working with a large group of testers in an agile environment. This particular role will involve being responsible for the testing of web based and API projects based on the requirements delivered from the business. Duties and Responsibilities Identify, manage and record any defects found during the testing process Exploratory testing Functional and Non-functional testing API testing Work closely alongside the Product Owner, Software Engineers and Designers Performing manual and automated tests Create test scripts and scenarios Required Skills and Experience Experience of API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI Selenium Web Driver Understanding of BDD framework (Gherkin language) ITSQB, ISEB Experience with CI/CD integration Java, C# Active team player with excellent written and spoken communication skills If you are a QA Engineer with proven experience and are looking for a new opportunity, then please apply now with your latest CV to find out more.
