Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisors looking for a new role in Manchester area. Your role as a Parts Advisor within the dealership will be to provide a high level of customer service, projecting a quality image of the brand and company, ensuring you exceed all customer expectations. Advise the customer on additional parts and services, meeting the customers requirements. You will be stock taking and orders the parts to the dealership. You will be working independently to achieve set targets. You will be liaising with members of the public face-to-face and over the phone, as well as liaising with the internal Workshop. Organisation is key to this role as you will need to process paperwork on time and in order.
