Overview
Financial Services Administrator Our client is a well established local IFA with a reputation for providing a high level of customer service to its clients. We are looking to recruit an experienced Financial Services Administrator to provide full administration support to 2 whole of the market IFA’s The key responsibilities will include: - Assisting with the production of Reason Why Letters - Product and fund research - Processing new business - Dealing with ad hoc requests - Putting together review packs - Processing portfolio re-balances - Diary management - Dealing with clients by email and phone Candidates with experience of Adviser Office (Iress) would be beneficial although not essential. Applicants must however have previous IFA support experience to qualify for this role.
