Overview

Adecco Cramlington are proudly representing their client based in Cramlington in their search for a Technical Administration. The successful candidate will have experience in providing the highest level of customer service with a can-do attitude while developing lasting customer relationships as well as having advanced problem-solving skills. You will be the primary point of contact for all clients and customers and will be at the forefront of our clients successful and expanding business. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Being the main point of contact for technical issues and queries from both clients and customers. Supporting management and monitoring customer solutions ensuing all queries are answered within set time frames. Production of weekly and monthly reports as required. Maintain a high degree of customer service and adhere to the client's service management principles. Experience working within industries such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical or Communication. Experience within Document control is beneficial but not essential. Able to deal with customers, colleagues and suppliers in a polite and professional manner. Have a passion and understanding for the importance of delivering excellent customer service. Show commitment and enthusiasm to meet and exceed customer needs and expectations Must be computer literate with experience in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, Projects and PowerPoint.
