Overview
Interaction Recruitment are looking for strong Administrators to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support to managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing company's general administrative activities. Duties · Answer and direct telephone calls in a professional manner · Meet and greet visitors to the company, answering the front door and attending to guests appropriately · Filing and administration for the wider Operations Team, as and when required · Filing and following up signed Framework Agreements and Data Sharing · Management of supplies and provisions for the office · Processing/dealing with POs and invoices The Person · Must be available to start work immediately · A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential · Able to prioritise work loads · Must be computer literate · Excellent telephone manner If youre available to start work immediately and hold the skills stated above, please send youre CV to
