Sales Administrator Location: St Ives, Cambs, PE27 3LP Salary: £20,000-£22,000 per annum Hours of Work: 39 hours per week About the Company: Our client is a family run business with 50 years' experience in the packaging market. They transform a wide range of carton board and papers, combined with print finishes that makes them a world class supplier of quality printed folding cartons to the fine fragrance, cosmetics and premium spirit drinks markets. They currently have a vacancy a customer focused Sales Administrator, to work in their busy sales office. Sales Administrator Responsibilities: Interpreting customer requirements whilst working proficiently to deadlines. Daily contact with customers, Sales Director and Sales Manager. Regular liaison with internal departments to assist in the smooth operation of sales order processing, forecasting, deliveries and invoicing. Ensuring all procedures and paperwork are processed speedily, accurately and efficiently for the team. Accompanying Sales Director or Sales Manager on field visits where deemed appropriate. Carry out other duties as required by the Sales team. Sales Administrator Requirements: At least 2 years' experience working within a Customer Led Sales Team Grade C (or equivalent) in GSCE English and Maths (essential) Excellent organisational and time management skills Team player Strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Can think on your feet, be flexible and able to work well under pressure Be talented at both face to face and telephone communication IT proficient (Microsoft Office, especially Excel) If you think that you are suitable for this Sales Administrator role, please apply now
