Graduate Building Services Engineer - London SB1063 Salary and Package: Negotiable depending on skills and experience Our client, an established, award winning building services design consultancy are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Graduate Building Services Engineer to join their team in London. With expertise in sectors such as Thermal/airflow modelling, Lighting design, Plant design our client has an excellent portfolio of completed projects in the UK. This a great opportunity for a Building Services graduate with between 1-2 years in the industry to join a company where they can grow and progress their knowledge and skills. Requirements: Preparing Mechanical & Electrical drawings using AutoCAD Preparing supporting data for specifications and reports Knowledge of SAP/SBEM Ensuring compliance to the appropriate company CAD/BIM standards Bachelors Degree in Building Services or similar (2:1 or higher) Good interpersonal skills and ability to speak to all management levels Knowledge of UK Building Regulations, Dynamic simulation and basic heating systems (Preferred) This role will offer enthusiastic candidates a highly competitive salary and a very generous benefits package.
