Treasury Officer (Part-Qualified) 1-year FTC Treasury Officer Job paying £30000. Your new company We are an independent group of the capital's largest housing associations. Your new role To be responsible for maintaining daily records of cash positions for all Group companies and preparing short term cash flows for key Group companies and relevant joint ventures. To identify any funding required or excess funds available and assist with arranging loan drawdowns, rollovers and repayments or investments as required. To arrange individual payments and cash transfers using the Group's internet banking systems. Processing of JV funding requests/loan advances and capital/profit distributions Loan Administration To be responsible for the maintenance of loan administration spreadsheets and Treasury Management systems and to ensure that these are fully up to date and accurate at all times. To check and code all interest, fee and other loan payment confirmations. To assist with the provision of information to lenders in accordance with the terms, conditions and covenants of our loan agreements and to monitor JV covenant compliance where applicable To prepare regular status reports for senior management in relation to treasury activities to assist with monitoring performance against the Treasury Policy. To create and maintain spreadsheets of funds/loans advanced to JV companies What you'll need to succeed You will provide a support to the treasury management and treasury team in the delivery of treasury operations. We are looking for a highly motivated treasury professional to complete loan and treasury administration. You will ideally have a good knowledge of Excel, cash management and cash flow forecasting, loans and bank processing as well as experience of analysing and sorting financial information.
