A great opportunity to join the Technology & Commercial team with a reputable firm has arisen. Our client is considering solicitors based in both Edinburgh & Glasgow for this role from 2 years PQE. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward thinking firm with great development and support available. This role will involve working on a range of technology and commercial contracts, advisory work, IT outsource, software licensing agreements, and web/mobile contracts; IP agreements including sponsorship, licensing and agreements to transfer and protect IP.
