Overview
An established multi-disciplinary legal practice with offices nationwide are seeking a Private Client Paralegal to join their expanding Private Client department based at their offices in Greater Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well regarded practice and also offers the possibility of a training contract based on performance. The Role: You will be assisting with a Private Client caseload with a specific focus on trusts and estates. Duties will include obtaining initial instructions from clients, drafting correspondence to clients and solicitors, drafting of wills and documents, ensuring compliance with file management and any other duties which from time to time as required within the department. The Ideal Candidate: You will ideally have previous experience within trusts and estates. You will have strong academics and preferably hold a Law Degree. A strong work ethos together with strong verbal and written communication skills is a must.
