A well established, award-winning law firm in Manchester is seeking an experienced private client solicitor or legal executive to join. You will be joining a specialist Legal 500 ranked Private Client Team known for its high quality of work. As the Private Client Solicitor, you will handle the full range of private client matters including wills, probate, LPAs, estate administration and some trusts work. You will be working alongside some impressive lawyers and experts in this field; there will, therefore, be lots of opportunities to broaden and expand your skillset. The work will be purely private client rather than Court of Protection, though many clients have a family member with a disability so experience in this area would be advantageous. You must be a qualified private client solicitor, CILEx or FILEx with demonstrable experience in handling a private client caseload. STEP Membership, or an aspiration to obtain STEP Membership, would be a distinct advantage although not essential.
