Overview

Our client, a non for profit organisation in Princes Risborough, has an exciting opportunity to join them as their HR and Recruitment Co-ordinator. In this role, you will carry out and facilitate a range of HR administrative duties within a busy HR team including recruitment, probation and induction. The job holder will provide a responsive and customer-focused HR service, offering advice and guidance to line managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and initiatives. The successful candidate will be CIPD Level 5 qualified with experience of delivering HR initiatives. Duties will include Responsible for sourcing and onboarding high calibre candidate, provide feedback to hiring stakeholders on selection process Manage selection and assessment processes to recruit the right talent Ensure resourcing processes meet legal requirements, are fair and fit requirements Support induction management Provide guidance to line managers on managing employees' exits Identify HR issues across the business, find cost effective and appropriate solutions Help with designing HR processes, implementation, support and administration Engage with stakeholders to ensure HR delivers the necessary and continuous improvements in services levels Assist with communicating policies and procedures to line managers. Ensure line managers have information on grievance and disciplinary practice. Ensure legal compliance is adhered to Support Head of HR to ensure that HR policies are up to date and in line with current legislation relating to employment law Support/advise on all aspects of HR provided in a timely, relevant, consistent and effective manner Assist with the appraisal process Assist with providing accurate information for the annual alignment meeting and help with ensuring the annual process is completed on time Assist with measuring and reporting on employee engagement Supporting HR colleagues with Health & Wellbeing activities and that initiatives are implemented and evaluated Skills/Experience CIPD Level 5 essential Experience of recruitment, engagement, learning Experience of delivering HR initiatives Knowledge of HR legislation and best practice HR Management Excellent communication skills Ability to manage HR systems, policies and procedures Project management qualification desirable Adaptable, analytical, flexible Please note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currently available based on their experience, training and skills.
