Accounts Payable job in West London Your new company This established and exciting FMCG in West London are looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant to join their team on a temporary basis for 3 months. For the ideal candidate there is the possibility that this role could become permanent. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global organisation and to work in a fast paced environment in a professional team. Your new role Your new role will see you join a small but growing team. You will be processing invoices and matching PO's. Bank reconciliations will also be a part of this role. You will be checking the AP inbox, dealing with queries, post and any other ad hoc duties. What you'll need to succeed You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in an AP role. You should have used Excel, specifically Vlook-ups and Pivot Tables. A background in a FMCG or retail organisation is desirable. Oracle and JD Edwards system use is advantageous, but not essential. You will be a team player and be able to pick tasks up quickly. What you'll get in return This will be an initial 3 month role, with the possibility of becoming permanent. There will be on the job training and the rate will be between £12 - £14 p/h.
