HR Manager Kent A leading law firm in Kent are looking to recruit an HR Manager to join their busy team. The role will be a full HR generalist role which will include, but not be limited to tasks surrounding: Recruitment employee relations rewards and remuneration employee disciplinaries grievances etc If you are an HR Officer looking for a step up, you are also welcomed to apply as well as current HR Managers. You will be willing to take responsibility for your own work and be keen to learn and develop your skills and experience. It would be an advantage if you have a law firm background but if not then you must have a professional services background. CIPD qualification or working towards would also be an advantage.
