Overview
Embedded Software Engineer Bristol £50,000-£55,000 A Key Client of Randstad are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer to join their Bristol-based multidisciplinary engineering team. You will be tasked with undertaking the design, development and maintenance of software for their exciting new range of products. As part of this role, opportunities will arise for you to help direct and develop new ideas and concepts for the inspection range. There is a strong opportunity for continuous development as part of the current development team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in C++/C, Linux and bare machine microcontroller-based software. Key Skills required; C++/C Linux (desktop and Embedded) Bare metal Embedded C Hardware Interfacing (SPI, I2C etc) Unit Testing GIT version control tool (or similar) Desirable QT QML/Javascript Linux Kernel, Driver development My client are looking to interview for this role immediately and are reviewing CVs this week.
