Overview
2nd Line Support - £27,000 to £31,000 A leading service provider in Newport is looking for a Senior Technical Analyst to joint their team and play a key role in a large scale project they have coming. This is a great opportunity to get lots of exposure to different technologies and work on many deployment projects. They service lots of organisations across the are and have a large scale infrastructure & network. You will be part of the infrastructure team providing 2nd/3rd line support to for the maintenance, deployment & enhancement of the infrastructure & network. You will also be heavily involved in rolling out new equipment and technologies as well as manage upgrades, patch releases & backups to the infrastructure. They are looking for someone with: Strong Windows experience Active Directory / Group Policy SCCM SAN Storage In return they will provide you with a salary of £27,000 - £32,0000 plus other great benefits.
