Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a fantastic, well established client based in Cheltenham, in their search for a Showroom Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a brilliant opportunity for an individual who is passionate about sales and providing a high level of customer service to join a fast paced, dynamic team. Responsibilities for the Showroom Manager position include: Maximise all sales opportunities for the showroom To provide efficient and professional customer service at all times and to maintain a customer friendly environment Support the Showroom Manager with recruitment, management, motivation and training of the sales team so that a high level of sales and customer service is maintained To liaise with Workroom Manager and other members of the team so that customer orders can be completed in a timely manner, advising customers of any delays Ensure that the premises are opened on time ready for business and closed securely at the end of the day To ensure that customer payments are made on time and accurately recorded and securely processed Requirements for the Showroom Manager role: 2/3 years previous retail experience Excellent communication skills Experience of generating sales would be an advantage A proactive, flexible and enthusiastic attitude Excellent customer service skills If you feel like this Showroom Manager role is perfect for you and would like more information on this fantastic opportunity, please contact the Cheltenham office today
