This is a fabulous opportunity for a progressive and ambitious manager to join an independently-run residential care home and play a leading role in its development. The home is steered by very supportive owners who are passionate about care and driving the service forward. LOCATION Portsmouth HOME Renovated spacious property benefiting from a vast amount of accessible indoor and outside space with major investment a few years ago. The owners consulted experts when designing the home and the environment was designed specifically for residents with dementia. It offers some unique features such as a cinema, sensory room, library, café areas, prayer rooms and hair salon, with a resident hairdresser. For those with mobility problems they have created a mobile garden which can be taken into resident's rooms. The owners are committed to future reinvestment. PERSON SPECIFICATION You must be able to demonstrate good CQC compliance skills and possess a sound track record of achieving compliance in any recent management roles you've held. You must also be a strong networker and passionate about marketing the home within the local community take it to the next level.
