Overview

Responsibilities: preparing BAC's run Prepare banking checking and reconciling employee expenses fixed asset register additions Balance sheet reconciliations Journal entries Daily reconciliations of cash books and bank accounts management and data entry of all aspects of the purchase ledger including validation of all purchase invoices management of all aspects of raising and issuing sales invoices Preparation of month end journals Prepare monthly cash flow statements Must have: Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping and computer operation Good understanding of business as well as financial issues Work well in a team and good organisational skills Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
