Brilliant opportunity to join a fast growing tech brand offering unique management and finance technology for the flexible staffing industry Our client has a multi award winning fintech company based in the City and this is a fantastic opportunity to join the company and help shape the future of their business. They offer an excellent remuneration package; with 1st year OTE earning of £60k and sales/product training. You will be tasked with securing new accounts and revenue across the UK flexible staffing market. Responsibilities include: Grow & convert sales pipeline, reporting accurately through CRM Develop great working relationships within the flexible staffing industry, including top-tier recruitment agencies & management consultancies, understanding their business and selling the benefits of your product/technology vs competitors. To build relationships with all levels of stakeholders Develop and gain new business - lead chasing, networking and research Regular face to face meetings with your clients, demonstrating the benefits of the technology and services. Hit or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets Demonstrate high levels of commercial acumen and follow sales best practice Skills required : A high performing background in sales is essential: Contract recruitment, selling into the recruitment sector or selling for a high growth Start Up/Fintech business would be beneficial. Invoice finance and tech sales experience will also be considered. Knowledge of the professional services sectors Ability to build relationships with all levels of stakeholder Able to deliver client presentations and demonstrate product in an articulate manner Excellent negotiation skills Energy and a positive attitude above all is key Salary: Up to £35k basic, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission (OTE £60k) For more information please contact Caroline
