CUSTOMER CARE ADMINISTRATOR - BATLEY Your new company A large manufacturing company based in Batley are looking for a temporary candidate to join the team to start ASAP. Your new role You will be joining the customer care team assisting with the logistics admin in this team. Main duties will include: Speaking to customers and letting them know delivery dates Booking transport in for deliveries Processing information regarding deliveries for customers Booking out the products What you'll need to succeed In order to do well in this post you will need excellent customer service skills over the phone. You must also have the ability to work to time strains as they have deadlines that need to be met.
