CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ADMINISTRATOR - TEMP FOR AROUND 5 WEEKS - STARTING ASAP Your new company A large financial company based in the Batley area of Wakefield Your new role Due to a backlog of work they are looking for a temporary customer experience administrator to join the team starting ASAP. Main duties include: Updating customer details to ensure they are correct Processing applications Inputting data correctly onto the in house system Providing an excellent level of customer service for any queries that may arise What you'll need to succeed You must have the ability to work with high volumes of data and be comfortable speaking to customers on the phone. You must be computer literate as you will be using a variety of systems.
