Senior Linux Engineer – Trading – Central London My leading trading firm requires a highly skilled Linux Cloud Engineer to join the team and help support the firm’s complex infrastructure. Requirements · Strong Linux administration skills to build, operate and manage a complex production environment. Familiarity with RedHat based Linux versions. · Strong knowledge of automation, configuration management and monitoring with systems such as Puppet, Ansible, Chef, Salt or similar systems. · Knowledge of cloud technologies from AWS, GCP or Azure and tools related to build and operate cloud-based applications. Experience in container based · Experience troubleshooting Linux and application problems, with demonstrated history to understand root causes of complex problems. · Experience with UNIX utilities and scripting (Python, shell, etc.), experience with a version control system (e.g., Git) highly preferred. · technologies.
