1st line support Analyst Up to £127 per day Contract role - 6 month plus likely extension. Working within one of the best known and admired brands in the world, you will join as the 1st line support analyst . This role would ideally suit if you are a graduate, school leaver or if you have some experience within the IT support or helpdesk profession. As part of an expansion, this new role will involve performing fixes on support issues logged via email and responding to user queries and help requests - escalating issues to other IT specialists as required. 1st line support skills & experience: Basic Knowledge of hardware and software. Knowledge of the latest IT and software trends. Knowledge of support software Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Understanding of SQL & Databases. Understanding of C#.
