Senior Project Manager (RICS/RIBA) - Office Relocation - Central Government Your new company I am recruiting on behalf of a world class specialist police force, helping the nation's travelling public get home every day, safe, secure and on time for a Senior Project Manager and 2 Project Managers. These appointments are on a 2 year fixed term basis with the possibility of being extended. Your new role As a Technical Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering a complex and high value programmes in the transformation plan and are directly responsible for delivering programme outcomes and benefits. You will have a critical role in delivering two complex and high-profile strategic programmes that make up the 2021 transformation portfolio. These programmes will put in place new services and process to improve operational effectiveness and oversee planned efficiency initiatives; in particular the introduction of shared services and the reconfiguration of the estate to consolidate and integrate new services.The 2021 portfolio consists of 10 strategic programmes and 80 projects worth in excess of £80M. What you'll need to succeed Educated to degree level or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years post qualification Experience in capital and minor works programme Managing Successful Programme /PRINCE2 or relevant PPM management experience Membership of RICS, RIBA and /or CIOB Knowledge of estates, property and facilities management in the public sector Knowledge of emerging technologies in construction and a good understanding of industry best practice What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, please forward and up to date copy of your CV.
