Overview A unique Business Change role for a national business with head offices in Liverpool. This is a 12 month FTC transformational role. Manage the successful transition of business changes, ensuring the effective management of business readiness activities required to successfully implement all business change. Work alongside Senior Managers, to ensure that business changes are fully understood and embedded within the operations. Accountable for managing the impact of the change, including progress reporting and monitoring risks and issues as required. Responsibilities Supporting the team to embed a resource profile and patch management approach, to support management actions and customer queries Develop and support new working relationships between teams and shared services, to ensure effective service delivery. Understand and support the delivery of the service charge obligations and support the delivery of scheme budgets Embed the new Budget process Manage the interface between the wider business areas; and operations, to ensure the successful implementation of business changes Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that business change is planned, delivered and effectively implemented within agreed timeframes. Identify, plan and manage local activities required to ensure a smooth transition, working with key operational stakeholders to ensure understanding of the changes to processes, procedures, systems and behaviours. Ensure effective communications are delivered to all key stakeholders to assist with the decision making process, ensuring affected staff are provided with progress updates and key messages are communicated as appropriate Monitor and manage the operational impact of changes including the impact on Business As Usual (BAU) activity, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the impact on performance levels, collaborating with key business stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks to delivery of business objectives. Requirements Experience of successfully managing business change within a large, complex multi-site organisation. Excellent stakeholder management with a track record of building strong working relationships and the ability to communicate at all levels across the business. Strong planning and organisational skills, ideally with previous experience of working in a project environment. Understanding of risk management principles. Some travel to other sites in the UK will be required The role comes with a salary of £38,000pa. This is a 12 month contract.
