The Performance and Risk Team is responsible for supporting the Group in delivering excellent performance by using business intelligence methodologies and tools and managing risk effectively. The team is also responsible for managing the Internal Audit programme and co-ordinating Business Continuity activity. This is an important role in which you will: Support the Business Intelligence Manager in developing business intelligence methodologies and tools and embedding its use throughout the organisation. You will also provide analysis and business intelligence to support operational teams to understand trends and provide business insight in order to make data driven decisions. To be successful in this role you will: * Experience of business analysis methodologies. * Ability to source, analyse and translate complex data into meaningful reports and presentations that are tailored to meet the needs of the audience. * Demonstrable advanced technical, numerical and analytical skills - ideally evidenced across a range of business function and disciplines. * Knowledge of Power BI and developing management information dashboards.
