Overview
A Top 100 UK law firm is looking for a motivated Legal Administrator, to join their highly regarded Clinical Negligence in their Bath office on a 12-month FTC. Notably, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain invaluable experience with a Legal 500 Clinical Negligence team, and to work alongside leaders in this field. This is what you’ll be doing Provide legal support and PA support to a Partner within the Clinical Negligence team Carry out general administrative work, including extensive diary management, audio typing, photocopying and portal managements Undertake a small amount of chargeable fee earning work Manage Clinical Negligence files under supervision, including liaising with courts, arranging meetings and obtaining legal documents Liaise with clients over the phone, email, letter and face to face Provide administrative support for business development activities, and attend dinners where appropriate with the Society of Clinical Injury Lawyers The experience you’ll bring to the team Experience in a legal role (either as Legal Secretary or a Paralegal, in which you have assisted to progress files) is essential A real interest in Clinical Negligence is essential, and experience working in Clinical Negligence is desirable Excellent attention to detail is essential Excellent organisation skills are essential A strong team player, with excellent communication skills And this is what you’ll get in return A highly competitive salary up to £26,000 DOE Private medical insurance Personal Pension Plan Up to 25 days holiday Excellent career progression Are you up to the challenge?
