Accounts Assistant AAT Day Release Eccles £16,000 - £18,000 This is a fantastic opportunity that none of my other clients can offer. The Financial Controller of this business is looking for an Accounts Assistant to work 4 days a week in the office and spend 1 day a week at the college of their choice to study towards the AAT. This means absolutely no requirement to spend your evenings or weekends studying & as they're a sociable business, they understand just how precious quality time outside of work is. The salary on offer is for the 4 days … a win: win situation where you can earn decent money, build experience at a fantastic business AND qualify in the next 12 - 18 months without the pressures of doing this after work… and they have seen how successful this has been historically for staff. Once qualified in AAT you will hold a post-qualification meeting with the Financial Controller to discuss your career aspirations and future studies and how your career can develop further with the business. All applicants must have at least 12 months' accounts experience even if this is at a basic level as the most important thing for this client is to employ an individual who she can help develop and train.
