Overview
Credit Controller Based: Manchester Salary: £23,000 We are currently working with a retail business to recruit a credit controller on a temp to perm basis The main responsibilities for this role are/will be: Manage and maintain the Sales Ledger to ensure that all balances are correct and controlled Contact Customers on a regular basis to agree balances and payment dates Maintain a diary facility Deal with Customer invoice/account queries on a timely basis Ensure credit notes are raised as required Allocate payments on accounts as received Open new accounts ensuring that credit checks and references are obtained Set and review credit limits and review accounts to ensure payment terms are met Give credit authorisation were required Carry out month end procedures on time and ensure all statements are sent out appropriately Liaise with the credit manager with regard to bad debts and recovery The successful candidate for this role will have/be: Worked in a similar role Immediately available to start work An excellent track record in previous credit control positions What's on offer?
