Overview
A national multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are seeking an experienced Senior/Associate Project Manager to join their team due the companies great success and rapid expansion. Our client work cross sector but has particularly been successful in hotel and data centres in recent years. You will be predominantly based in a smart and inspiring central London office set within an historical building. The company is an outward looking player in the industry and is focusing on and winning new work in fast growing sectors. This is a great opportunity to join a growing firm where you can take on real responsibility but benefit from a supportive team and management. You are likely to have at least 5 years project management experience. Responsibilities and experience A relevant construction/project management degree. Experience as a Project Manager in a professional consultancy environment, ideally having worked on a range of commercial projects. Strong communication skills and the confidence to work closely with clients, lead meetings and influence the design team. A history of successfully delivering projects on time and on budget. The ability to work on projects independently with direction from your Line Manager. Heritage sector experience is highly desirable.
