Overview
I am looking for a Care Manager to join a fantastic company within Leicester Do you have managerial experience within a Nursing home? Are you looking for an employer who will take an interest in your professional development? Then I wondered if this may be of interest to you As Care Manager, you will need to support the Home Manager across all aspects of home management whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality, care and clinical excellence. This includes supporting colleagues with care plans and all other resident documentation, contributing fully to team working, undertaking medication audits, care plan audits and staff supervision in partnership with the Deputy Manager and so on. The role offers a competitive salary with 37.5 hours per week working shifts on a rota basis (to include alternate weekends).
