Job Description Technology Risk Analyst Refinitiv Data & Technology Risk is looking for experienced individuals to join its Technology Risk Management team. The Technology Risk Analyst will support the development, implementation and on-going management of the Technology Risk Framework for Refinitiv. The ideal candidate will have a combination of risk management skills, technology experience, and the personal qualities to build effective stakeholder relationships. Responsibilities: Risk Management • Work with Technology staff to help them understand their risk profile and take appropriate action, challenging where appropriate. • Assist with the development and implementation of the Technology Risk Framework; proactively suggest opportunities for improvement. Provide trusted advice, guidance and training: • Be recognised as a risk and control subject matter expert. • Coach and train Technology staff in effective use of technology risk software, tools and techniques. • Maintain online reference resources. Produce high-impact risk reports for use across Technology: • Analyse risk and control data to identify trends and make recommendations. • Build and continuously improve regular risk reports for Technology staff and leadership. Essential Requirements: • Experience as a Technology Risk Analyst or a related discipline (e.g. Technology Audit, Cyber Security) • Practical experience of risk management tools and techniques. • Able to provide risk management guidance, coaching and training to technology staff. • Experience of analysing risk management data and preparing reports for technology management. • Exposure to Technology and Cyber control frameworks/standards such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO27001, NIST Cyber Security Framework. • Good verbal & written communication skills, including usage of Microsoft Office. • Strong team player with ability to execute in a matrix structure, across time zone and national boundaries. • Able to operate independently and manage own workload. Desired Characteristics: • Experience of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) software implementation. • Familiarity with Business Intelligence software • Relevant Risk Management qualifications.
