Overview
Working within the cyber regions team you'll be engaged across every industry, liaising with stakeholders across many functions. You'll be both a valued consultant and a true business partner. Defining technology roadmaps, leading projects and influencing decision-makers will all be in a day's work. And your creativity will change the way our clients work for years. You'll provide leadership to deliver hands-on solutions to major client challenges - conducting cyber maturity reviews, creating operating models, designing infrastructure, specifying hardware and calculating risks. Your Role You will deliver cyber-related engagements with clients, working seamlessly and collaboratively with colleagues. You will bring innate ability to lead teams, inspire colleagues and act as a trusted business adviser aiding the team to learn and develop through training, mentoring and coaching options. You'll also be contributing to the creation of new Cyber related services and the development of existing service. Skills and Experience Experience in consultancy, industry or leading academic bodies focused on security or a related risk management field. With familiarity with the principles of cyber security and an understanding of how these challenges or enable business opportunities. A demonstrable ability to solve complex problems, using an appropriate combination of analysis, experience and judgement. With a passion for delivering high quality complex projects including effective programme, project, financial and people management. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest cyber-attack techniques and threats. Strong academics, including a minimum of 2.1 degree or equivalent experience. Relevant cyber qualifications, for example CISSP, CISM, PCI QSA would be beneficial, but working experience and knowledge is regarded as equally important.
