Yourrole Weare looking for market facing experienced security professionals, withsubstantial experience and the ability to deliver complex projects andidentify, generate and deliver sales opportunities and develop and maintainclient relationships at a senior level. Successful candidates will have a broad range of expertise acrossinformation security and be able to articulate, sell and deliver differentDeloitte Cyber Security propositions to our target markets. Atthe senior manager level, successful candidates will be required to own aportfolio of clients within their sector to either maintain and expand existingrelationships, or work with the firm's networks to open up new relationshipsand identify opportunities. Responsibilities will be primarily on this market-building aspect, butthe successful candidate will also be responsible for the high quality deliveryof security engagements, typically leading junior resources as part of a widerfieldwork team. Aspart of Deloitte's Cyber Security practice you will assist clients in one ormore specific sub-sectors of the Private Sector, which covers ConsumerBusiness, Technology, Media and Telecommunications, Energy and Resources,Manufacturing, Business and Professional Services and Healthcare Life Sciences. • Defining a securitystrategy and target operating model for an information security function • Conducting securityrisk, capability and/or maturity assessments • Defining, mobilisingand managing security enhancement projects and programmes • Designing andimplementing specific information security solutions covering people, processand technology • Managing the clientrelationship for the delivery of penetration testing of IT infrastructure andapplications, which would be executed by a technical supporting team • Response to acyber-attack involving both crisis management and investigations • Advisingon Privacy and Data Protection matters • Having a broaderperspective of potential issues encountered when managing diverse teams and thestrategies to overcome them; have a clear understanding of the firm'scommitment to creating a more inclusive culture Ourteam has grown very rapidly over the past few years, and continues to do so.The team combines a wealth of deep industry knowledge with both business advisoryexperience and technical expertise Specificsecurity topics that we specialise in include cyber threat management, onlinefraud prevention, information protection, data privacy, and identity and accessmanagement. The role can be worked on a Fullor part time basis Yourprofessional experience • Significant CyberSecurity experience within one or potentially more Private Sector industryareas. • Excellentinterpersonal skills and a track record of developing strong clientrelationships • Delivery of clientengagements, typically leading the fieldwork delivery using a team of resourcesand planning and staffing projects for clients based on complex deliverablesand programmes of work • Taking responsibilityfor budgets, and client deliverables • Evidence of workingwith leadership teams to identify, generate, develop and execute salesopportunities • Development of salespipelines and new propositions and services • Broad range ofsecurity experience, e.g. cyber strategy, security target operating models,security transformation programmes, security change initiatives, securitytechnologies (such as information protection, firewall rule set review, networksegregation etc), privacy, security standards such as ISF, ISO, SANS etc. • Experience ofdeveloping bids/tender documentation • Managing key clientstakeholders' relationships (middle management and CxO level). • Strong technicalabilities, combined with business acumen • Preferably internalor external consultancy experience • Strong academics,including a minimum of 2.1 degree or equivalent experience • Qualification such asM.Inst.ISP, CISSP, CISM, CCNP, CIPP/E preferred • Holds (or is able tohold) at least BPSS national security clearance Your service line: Risk Advisory In Risk Advisory, our thinking and actions give clients, our people andsociety the confidence to succeed responsibly in a rapidly changing world .
