Overview
Your new company Your new employer is one of Northern Ireland's top pharmaceutical companies. They are well established in the province and are currently expanding their security operations. Your new role In your new role you will be responsible for monitoring the security of the company's infrastructure and responding to problems and incidences that may arise. You will also be tasked with reporting the incidents you come across and drafting reports on them. It is this kind of essential work that the organisation requires for them to continue with their vital work. What you'll need to succeed The client is looking for someone who is working in an information security role now and wants to advance further in their career. They are looking for someone who is passionate about security and is looking to work their way up through the ranks. They want someone with a year or more experience in the industry that is committed to the protection of information. Additionally, if you have appropriate security accreditation this would be desirable but not vital. The client isn't looking for someone from a compliance background but instead someone coming from network security.
