Overview
Hays, the UK's leading specialist recruiter are looking to bring on board an IT Support / Product Success associate to join their New Malden based IT team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with a proven interest in IT to develop in a varied and fast-paced role. In this role you will be involved in providing support to customers with IT issues, ensuring customers satisfaction throughout their journey with IT. You will also assist in project work, liaising with key stakeholders through out the digital team such as product owners, project managers, developers, IT Director and CTO. You will engage with customers to understand IT related nuances and help develop resolutions that can be implemented across the business.
