Overview
One of the UK’s leading wealth management firms has instructed Vision-FS to find an experienced Paraplanner to join its team based in Crawley, West Sussex. Offering brand new offices with exceptional facilities, our client is renown in the industry for excellence and general career development. Reporting to a Chartered Financial Planner, the Paraplanner’s daily duties will include: Providing appropriate support for the Financial Planning Managers and liaise with the administration team daily. Producing robust financial plans and analytical information. Supporting the preparation of client reviews and new client meetings. Facilitating the smooth processing of new and existing business. Assisting with monitoring the performance and work of the administration team, to ensure standards are maintained and deadlines are met. Understanding core Financial Planning solutions and building knowledge through exposure to client planning scenarios. Analysing client aims and needs to construct solutions as a tool for advisors to communicate to clients. Suitable candidates will have: CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent. A minimum of 2 years’ Paraplanning experience. Accuracy, numeracy, attention to detail. Strong communication skills. The role pays up to £50,000 plus an excellent benefits package.
