Overview
An award-winning UK-wide Wealth Management firm based in Crawley, West Sussex is expanding, with an urgent requirement for an experienced Paraplanner. This internationally renown company, which is 100 years' old and has just moved into brand new offices, has just promoted a member of its Paraplanning team into the role of Financial Adviser, thus creating a vacancy. Reporting to the Paraplanner Team Leader and one of the firm's Chartered Advisers, the Paraplanner role’s key duties will include: Provide technical support to the Financial Advisers Undertake effective research Preparation of suitability reports Agree client objectives with Financial Advisers Follow internal procedures with regards to compliance Offer a strong knowledge on all products Suitable candidates will be: Level 4 qualified (Diploma in Financial Planning) Have a minimum of 2 years’ Paraplanning experience within an IFA/Financial Planning firm Possess strong suitability report writing skills The successful candidate will receive: A salary of between £40,000 and £50,000 (depending on experience) A discretionary bonus scheme worth up to 10% of base salary 25 days holiday Pension Healthcare Study support Parking Career pathway to Trainee Adviser Numerous other benefits
