£18 p/h Paid Breaks- Band 6 Equivalent/Circa £41K | 43.75 Hour Contract - Nights | Large Elderly & Dementia Home - Good CQC An experienced RGN/Adult Nurse is required to work full-time nights in a leading Mitcham nursing home. The 50 bedded home is fully CQC compliant and delivers high-quality nursing care to older people from throughout the local area who are living with age related frailties, medical and dementia nursing needs. Details of this Night Nurse role and what the home is offering: A permanent contract to work 43.75 hours per week on flexible night shifts Very competitive pay rates of £18 per hour plus paid breaks, which equates to a salary in the region of £40,950 A great working environment in a fully CQC compliant care home, with ongoing learning and development opportunities As Night Nurse, you will coordinate and implement person centred care plans, ensuring the needs of service users are met. You will administer and manage drugs and medications along with maintaining accurate records and leading a team of HCAs on duty.
