As Lettings Manager, you must be able to: Maximise revenues and grow the property register Build exceptional client relationships to encourage repeat business / referrals Consistently meet / exceed financial targets and maximise branch profit Monitor employee performance through regular 1:1’s, reviews and team meetings Influence positive change through team management and action planning What’s in it for you?
