The home is ideally situated in a pretty, residential area in dun and is close to public transport links, as well as local shops and amenities. This warm and compassionate nursing home offers a welcoming and inviting environment for the residents and their families. This home boasts an excellent activities programme, residents happily pursue their hobbies in various communal and quiet lounges dotted throughout the home. Staff morale at the home is very high and the team are looking for a caring and compassionate Charge Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to join the team. The dedicated Care team offers residential care to those who needs help with daily tasks. They provide short-term rehabilitation or ongoing assessment to determine long-term needs for older people. The Home Manager is looking for an enthusiastic and like-minded Charge Nurse / Sister ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to join their friendly team. The team are passionate about the care that they provide for the residents and are looking for a passionate and skilled Nurse to work alongside them ensuring the smooth running of the home. Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Applicants must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature, and the willingness to get stuck in. Previous management experience is preferred for this position however experienced nurses with leadership skills will be considered for this role.
