Overview
greenwellgleeson are working with a US owned UK based manufacturing subsidiary to recruit a Financial Accountant based in their Banbury site. The main purpose of the role is to be responsible for the statutory accounts, financial reporting, treasury and some tax responsibility. Delivering the management accounts to provide a robust reporting function to all internal and external group stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Preparation of management accounts Preparation of statutory accounts in line with accounting standards Responsibility for balance sheet review, minimising P&L risk Cash flow forecasting ownership including liquidity management and reporting Key audit liaison We are looking for a qualified accountant for this position, who possesses excellent Excel and communication skills and is able to build relationships at all levels of the organisational hierarchy. This role is ideally suited to a first mover from Practice who will be able to have the autonomy to manage the position and a small team.
