About Our Client The Banbury based business is well known and respected and has been successfully operating in the service industry. Due to expansion and Company direction, they are now in a position to offer this exciting and aspirational Group Financial Controller role to an ambitious and dynamic finance professional. Job Description As Group Financial Controller reporting to the CFO, you will be expected to assist with the provision of meaningful financial information that can be used by the senior management team in the decision making processes for the business. You will be responsible for the following: Directing and implementing internal controls Preparing cash flow and other financial reports Managing the month, half-year and year-end financial accounting and reporting processes Liaising with internal and external auditors Preparing consolidated group figures The Successful Applicant This role would suit a practice trained ACA qualified accountant. You will have preferably worked on consolidation of listed groups. Organised and able to handle a wide range of responsibilities with minimal supervision. My client is ideally looking for someone who is a businessperson as well as an accountant.
