Senior HR Advisor - Creative Agency - Central London Harmonic are delighted to partner with an SME Creative Agency, looking to build their HR function by adding a Senior HR Advisor. to the team. The agency is 20 years old and have a headcount of 110 staff. They've doubled in size in the last 5 years and will be continuing to grow at this rate over the next 3 years. This role would have a broad remit covering recruitment and employee relations & engagement, resolving day to day HR queries and the possibility to cover some of the company social media. You will join a team 2 HR & Talent Directors but as they work part time, you will have autonomy over the function. The Role: You'll be the first point of contact for employees around general HR queries Manage the end-to-end recruitment process through direct and agencies Support line managers on performance management issues Take charge of all aspects of HR administration Manage the onboarding, induction and leaver process Liaise with the Studio Manager regarding resourcing requirements Communicating regularly with the HR Director regarding on going work About You: Strong attention to detail Experience in a generalist HR position, ideally with a role which included recruitment Proactive, engaging and positive reflecting the company culture Package: £30,000 - £40,000 If this is something of interest, please get in touch at or give me a call on Follow us on Twitter: HarmonicGroupHQ
