This is a fantastic role with a leading Legal 100 firm based in Surrey looking to hire technically strong corporate NQ solicitors who wish to work at top corporate practices without the commute into the City. You will be joining a 6-partner and 14-lawyer team, rated in the top tiers of both Chambers and Legal 500 and supported by specialist teams in banking, finance, intellectual property and tax. The work is instructed from major international clients - PLCs to mid-tier businesses. You will advise on M&A, private equity, fundraising, corporate advisory, restructuring and insolvency across the UK, Europe and internationally.
