Overview

A prestigious Global Fortune 500 trading firm, who are a market leader with operations covering global financial markets is currently looking for a 1st Line Support Analyst to come and join their exciting infrastructure team. MUST have experience working in the Financial Sector or large professional services firm The ideal candidate will possess good experience working with Windows operating system, be currently working at 1st line support and will have great customer service and communication skills. The day-to-day role will include diagnosing, installing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading the internal software and hardware, escalating complex issues to 2nd and 3rd line support and installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting in-house applications. As the 1st Line Support Analyst, you will be joining an established and growing IT team that will provide the opportunity to work on a wide range of technologies and projects. For the position, the client will be looking for a 1st Line Support Analyst with all of the below: 1st line support Microsoft Office Active Directory Cherwell or Remedy Good Working experience with Windows Operating Systems Excellent Documentation & Report Writing Experience in creation, change, and deletion of user accounts Experience in mobile phone provisioning ITIL Certified Knowledge or working experience with: Mac, Office 365 or Exchange would be desirable for the 1st Line Support Analyst position but not essential.
