Your new role To look at existing/flagged problems by analysing the data provided, collating it and look at consequences and actions. The information will come from call information centre and the engineer will look at the information and identify issues/common issues and to propose and report on them and look at what the next action should be. This person will need to be able to look and provide details on how the product might be failing. Requirement: excel for data management, ideal candidate is someone who has engineering experience but looking to take a step back in finding problems rather than fixing them. Need technical knowledge of how things work, hands-on, experienced in software. What you'll need to succeed Analyse CIC data at better level compared to SQE To identify issues, make summary and propose issues to attack To extract failure mode from the data: environment, connected equipment and etc. To propose CLA questions To define the reproduction environment To reproduce problems, work together with another team member to duplicate output To capture LOGs and deliver to Design What you'll get in return 6 month contract (Possible Extensions) Max of up to £168 a day (Dependant on Experience) What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
